FALL MIXTURE

Planted in the Fall of the year at 100# per acre on a well-prepared seedbed. A combination of forage seeds adapted to Southern soils that will satisfy the nutritional requirements of white-tailed deer during late Fall, Winter and early Spring. Packaged in a branded 50# camouflage bag. Developed by East Texas Seed Company, this premium mixture includes: TAM 90 Annual Ryegrass, Heavy Grazer 76-30 or Certified Horizon 314 Oats, Maton Rye, Austrian Winter Peas, Hairy  Vetch, Apache Arrowleaf Clover, Dixie Crimson Clover and Chicory. (All Clovers pre-inoculated)

SPRING MIXTURE

Planted in the Spring of the year at 50# per acre on a well prepared seedbed. A combination of legume forage planting seeds adapted to the South. This combination will amply satisfy the nutritional requirements of white-tailed deer throughout the summer and early fall (a critical period in antler development  and lactation when protein needs are high). Developed by East Texas Seed Company, this combination includes Iron and Clay Cowpeas, Red Ripper Cowpeas and Alyceclover. Inoculation included for components of Rack King Brand Deer Plot Mixture (Spring).

RACK KING + BRAND DEER PLOT MIXTURE (LATE SUMMER PLANTING)

Planted in late August early September at 100# per acre on a well-prepared seed bed. A Combination of Iron & Clay Cowpeas, Heavy Grazer 76-30 or Certified  Horizon 314 Oats and Apache Arrowleaf Clover (Pre-inoculated.) Fast establishment providing high quality early forage production that will attract deer and continue through Winter into late Spring. Tested by the Texas A&M Extension Service and proven to be reliable and consistent.
